Shio Ramen the first Ramen shop in Georgia, is adding an East-Asian touch to the culinary experience of Adjara Group Restaurants & Bars. Shio serves specialties with an emphasis on ramen and in-house-made noodles, the ingredients of which are locally sourced or bought from a Japanese market.
I have designed this menu for Shio Ramen branch, housed in Café Stamba
